Alison Kinnear, Esq.
Ms. Kinnear focuses her practice on legal due diligence reviews of public and private offerings.
Prior to joining The Bowman Law Firm, Ms. Kinnear began her legal career in the Washington D.C office of Fried Frank. Since relocating to Denver in 1999, Ms. Kinnear has worked for local firms advising clients with respect to ’33 and ’34 Act issues, general business matters, business strategies, establishment of strategic relationships and the formation of new businesses. Most recently her practice focused on counseling clients on private placement transactions and federal and state securities law compliance.
Ms. Kinnear received her J.D. from Washington & Lee School of Law and her A.B. in Comparative Area Studies from Duke University.
